TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTION

1.      Offer & Qualifying Purchase: 
Purchase participating Lactalis products to receive a coupon containing a unique code redeemable for one (1) free downloadable workout (“Workout Coupon”).  Approximate Retail Value:  $7.99.  Available in the United States only.

2.      Offer Period: 
Promotion starts on 12/28/08 and ends on 2/28/09.  Coupon codes will expire on 5/9/09.

3.      Eligibility: 
Must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States or District of Columbia. This offer is void where prohibited.

4.      Redemption Process:
         A.     Consumers who purchases participating Lactalis product will receive a “Workout Coupon” attached on pack.   
         B.     Each “Workout Coupon” will include an offer code that can be used to redeem one (1) workout download from www.workoutsondemand.com. 
         C.    Each “Workout Coupon” is valid for 1 free workout download.     

5.      Restrictions:
         A.     “Workout Coupons” may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or coupons and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary consideration.
         B.      Limit one (1) workout download per 24 hours per valid email address.
         C.      All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 
         D.      Lactalis is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, undeliverable, unreadable or incomplete Workout Coupons, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, filed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical errors or otherwise.
         E.      The information that you provide in connection with the redemption of the Workout Coupon shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given at the time of the redemption.  By redeeming the Workout Coupon, you consent to Lactalis collection, use, and disclosure of the information you provide to Lactalis, or to any third party solely for the purposes of fulfillment of the offer and responding to your requests about the offer.  Consumers must have internet access, provide a valid e-mail address, and agree Lactalis standard terms and conditions.
